Bob Kephart Full Circle Metal and wood $1,000 The sculpture utilizes a tree stump along with handcrafted metals. Affixed atop of the tree stump there is a handcrafted metal seedling made of copper. The seedling will be held in the hands of a child, which are cast into aluminum. The metal seedling held by the child’s hands reflects the age and life state of the tree stump. The passage of time and the cyclical nature of life are the conceptual foundations of this sculpture and speak most directly to the Exposure theme.
