About The Team

Catherine Weber, Founder and Program Director,  is an award-winning poet and artist, community organizer, and digital marketing consultant with a passion for the arts, education, and the environment. Among her many roles she teaches art, marketing, and technology skills regionally, shows her work nationally, and organizes community programs and events locally. She is a charter member of New England Wax, a professional group of artists who paint with wax, and a member of the Southborough Cultural Council. She was raised in upstate New York, Indiana, and Connecticut and now lives in Southborough, Massachusetts. She holds a BA in Communications from Emerson College and an MA in Critical and Creative Thinking from the University of Massachusetts, Boston. Learn more at catherinemweber.com.


Chelsea Bradway, Installation and Event Photographer, is a New England photographer who creates magic in the ordinary by bringing together people, places, and props in unconventional poses and settings. The results are hauntingly beautiful black and white and color photographs that can be simultaneously innocent, beautiful, and dark. Born in the Berkshires, Chelsea is an explorer who is constantly challenging herself with new surroundings and experiences, and brings a sense of adventure to all that she does.  Chelsea teaches photography to children, relishing their remarkable and daring creativity and gives them a safe outlet behind their cameras.  She has a Master’s Degree from Simmons College in Education/ Intensive Special Needs. She has shown her work regionally and internationally, including at Fountain Street Gallery in Boston, Galetea Fine Art, Hopkinton Center for the Arts, Saxonville Studios, Framingham Art on the Trails and The Julia Margaret Cameron Award Exhibition for Women Photographers in Barcelona, Spain. Chelsea maintains a studio at the Mill of Contemporary Art in Saxonville, Ma.

Mary M. Tinti, Ph.D., Artistic Advisor,  is an art historian and independent curator specializing in New England contemporary art and public art. Prior to her most recent position as Curator of the Fitchburg Art Museum, Tinti was a Koch Curatorial Fellow at deCordova Sculpture Park and Museum, the first-ever Public Art Fellow at the New England Foundation for the Arts, and the Deputy Artistic Director of WaterFire Providence.  


Maura Snell, Poetry Juror and Editor, is Founder of Route 7 Press and Co-founder, Poetry & Art Editor of the Tishman Review. She is from a small town just north of New York City, but now calls Massachusetts and Vermont her home. Her work has appeared or is forthcoming in Red Paint Hill Quarterly, MomEgg Review, Brain Child Magazine, and in several anthologies. Additionally, she is Associate Editor with The Golden Shovel Anthology honoring Gwendolyn Brooks (University of Arkansas Press, 2017) and teaches poetry writing and critique to incarcerated teen girls. If she has any free time at all, she’ll spend it sleeping in her hammock.



Cynthia FrancaCynthia Franca, Poetry Juror and Editor, is the author of a book of Brazilian poetry, Poetic Treasure, published in Brazil. She is a local contributing artist/writer who has shared her bi-lingual poetry, storytelling artist talks and paintings at community arts events in the MetroWest. Cynthia has coordinated the Hopkinton 300th Anniversary Poetry Anthology Project, whose book launch was in November 2015. She has participated of the project Poetry on the Trail in Hopkinton in 2015 and 2016, with poems published in the two editions of the project. She is the co-director of the Creative Circles – Art for All!,  the community art program launched in February 2017, in partnership with Hopkinton Center for the Arts (HCA), The program offers artists’ talks and special exhibitions at the HCA. Cynthia holds a bachelor degree in Social Communication in Media and Advertising, an MBA in Marketing from Fundação Getúlio Vargas.


Todd Vroman, Installation Manager. Todd is an organizational psychologist and long-time Southborough resident. He is also extremely adept and climbing ladders and McGyver-ing, all with a smile on his face.
