Last week at Expressions Art Bar in Southborough, the Southborough Cultural Council held a celebration to announce the 2018 Massachusetts Cultural Council grant recipients. Included in the list was a grant for $550, given to Northborough resident Radek Jaster, a senior at Algonquin Regional High
